A Good Girl's Guide to Books

Hi everyone! My name is Kelly and this is my first blog post. Before I get started, I wanted to share a little bit about me and my passion for books.

I'm a girl living in the United States, who has really gotten into reading in the past year or so. I'm a passionate student who likes to play sports, work out, and, obviously, read. The first book that really got me into reading is "People We Meet on Vacation" by Emily Henry, and I have since read all of her romance novels. I read this book in early 2022, and if I look at my Goodreads account, it was such a captivating read that I started it on February 22nd and finished it on February 23rd.

Since then, I have read many other books, like "Love and Other Words", "It Ends With Us", "I'm Glad My Mom Died", and most importantly, the "A Good Girl's Guide to Murder" series. I absolutely adore this series by Holly Jackson, I actually just finished the third mystery novel recently, which is now one of my new favorite books. In case you didn't notice, this blog is inspired by that series.

However, I will get into that series as well as many other books later on with other blog posts, in which I will write summaries, opinions, and recommendations all about books!

Although I haven't read a TON of books like you may expect, I have already read three in the past week and I plan to read a lot more this summer. Can't wait to get started <3.
